PMS : Please Make-it Stop!

Many girls have that time before their period where it just sucks. And sometimes it will just drive you crazy!! Don't let PMS get the best of you, you can fight it! 




Insane Food Cravings!

Hormone changes can affect your appetite for mainly salt and fat, but by eating smaller complex-carb meals - like hummus and carrots, peanut butter and whole wheat bread - every four hours keeps craving under control! 




Bitchy Bitchy Me. 

Do you get pretty moody and snap back a lot? I mean, I know I do! To try to avoid this stay away from caffeine and/or alcohol; even a little can make you irritable. Cutting back on both will help to stabilize your brain! Also, in situations where you really just want to rip someones head off, try your hardest to stay calm! Don't over react and if something happens apologize! 





Energy : Zero

Tired and Lazy? Try to fight this by working out, even if its only 20 minutes on the bicycle. Getting a sweat going and pumping your heart can actually produce an energy surge for hours! It's not that hard to go on a simple walk  - refreshing air and alone time I'm sure would be very beneficial at this sensitive stage. 




Crying, And Crying, And Crying

Ok, same thing with the bitchy-ness. Lay off the booze and coffee! Both fuel the tears, try to find an alternative like juices or un-caffeinated teas. 

I'm totally going to need these tips - PMS, ugh!
