The August 2011 Issue of Cosmopolitan features Justin Timberlake explaining what he thinks is sexy in a women. What does he find extremely sexy? Confidence. Here's what he said:

• Don't Give a Damn
  "I like a woman who doesn't necessarily care if other people life her. She is who she is and figures people can take it or leave it"
  
• Tell an X-Rated Joke
  "There's nothing better than a pretty girl with a nasty mouth. It's every guy's fantasy."
  
• Know Your Style
  "It's not appealing when a woman dresses to please a man. It's way more attractive if she has her own distinct style and wears what she feels best in."
  
• Try Anything Once
  "There's something magnetic about someone who is always up for new experiences and doesn't shut anything down without considering it."
  
• Let Him Do All the Work
  "It's nice when you meet a woman who can enjoy the experience of whatever we're doing together instead of planning what we're going to do next."
  
• Own Your Emotions
  "I have a mother - I don't need a girl to tell me what to do. What I do like is a woman who has the guts to tell me exactly how she feels."
  
• Be a Babe Among Boys
  "If she can hang with the guys without trying to be one, it is very sexy."
  
• Call Him Out
