Recipe: Guacamole

The infamous guacamole that is centerpiece of mexican dishes. Like I've mentioned before, many recipes I gather are from taking apart ordered items from restaurants, this one is no different. I got this one off my favorite mexican restaurants in Beijing, they actually present/show you all the ingredients and they make it right in front of you - so in my opinion they were begging me to steal it

Weather you are making it for one or ten, its still as simple and delicious. I know if I get a chance, I'd be buying myself tortilla chips and making this in my dorm room for some healthy mid-night snack.

The Affordable and Healthy 9 Ingredients
(Missing Green Pepper)

The quantities in this recipe can accommodate for three people sharing or half a bag of Doritos' Toasted Corn chips.
1 Full Avocado
1/2 of Tomato
1/3 of Green Pepper
1/4 Red or White Onion
1/4 Lime
4 Leaves of Cilantro
5 Dashes (Mild Spice) of Tabasco
3 Dashes of Salt
4 Dashes of Pepper

No need to follow these measurements precisely. The great thing about the guacamole, if you feel something is missing, you can just just keep on adding until you are left more than satisfied.

1. Start off with cutting the tomato, green pepper, onion and cilantro into the smallest slices as possible.

2. Carve out the avocado from its shell and place it on to a bowl. Smash the avocado until the consistency is smooth
3. Mix in the sliced up vegetables with the avocado

4. Squeeze your Lime, dash the tabasco, and pinch in the salt and pepper
5. Mix it all together

And thats it, that simple! Get your bags of tortilla chips and start dipping. This is another recipe that once you've made it, you'll be tempted to make it for every snack.

Love,
ALPHA
