Dress The Part

Here are different looks you can always count on wearing for different occasions and events.

Work When people dress for work, they usually tend to pick black as a color. Now, there is nothing wrong with that, but to give your look some more color; pair it with something bright. For example, this neon pink blazer. It will soften your look a little, while staying sophisticated. Keep your shoes simple with black heels.
Shopping With Friends
When going out with friends, like on a shopping spree, keep your look comfortable and simple. Don't be afraid to wear heels, just make sure they are not too high, so as not to hurt your feet. A loose shirt is a comfortable pick a long with a simple colored mini skirt and shoulder bag.

Clubbing Red is a great match for a clubbing look. Rather than an uncomfortable tight dress or skirt, try a poof skirt. Match it with a simple tucked in black t shirt and a black and gold clutch. Colors like black, red, and gold, go great with clubbing because they make you look older.

Picnic
At a picnic, a dress or skirt is the worst possible thing to wear because its hard to sit down. When you are going to be sitting on the grass all day, pick something comfortable like these loose printed pants and b
right colors that match the light mood
. Avoid heels as they will sink into the soil and instead go with strap sandals. A loose shirt, like this blue one, is also great as it lets the breeze flow through your body. That way you won't be overwhelmed by the heat of the sun.

Pool Party For a pool party, wear light nature colors like green or orange. Orange is great to match either still paled skin, or skin that has been tanned. Match you dress with a big green bag. After all, something has to hold your towel and sunscreen. Heels are fine to wear at a pool party, but if you are going to the beach, make sure you trade them in for sandals.
Family Brunch You should always be well dressed for a family brunch. Nothing to exposing so that religious grandma and grandpa don't get mad. Green pants are already a big step from classical, but when you match it with the beige top it looks great. To make your look older and more stylish, add a cardigan with Japanese art print on it.

Art Gallery For an art gallery, or even a casual opening of an event, this is a good look to choose. The heels matched with the beige blazer make you look sophisticated. The red and the beige also help soften the black of the pants. A color like red is also nice to wear because it stands out.

Date Whether its lunch or dinner, movie or a boat ride, this look will work. Wearing the strap sandals rather then heels ensures that you wont feel tired during the date. If you wear heels and end up going on a moon walk for an hour, things may start to get uncomfortable. The prints and cut of the dress are very flattering.  The green bag goes great with the colors of the dress. What makes this look appreciable is that it is very different than what one might normally choose to wear on a date. It shows your man you have a sense of style.
