The Mel Look

This is a basic look that was inspired by one of my suite mates! Super easy - really, it's just two different colors, thick eye liner and intense mascara! Here we go -->

These are the two different colors. I know it's nothing special. You just need a nude color and then a slightly tinted color (like an organe/bronze tint). Pretty simple.....yeah....

Step 1: The Base.
Take the nude color and apply on the eye lid from the eye lash to near your eye brow (or if you wanna end a little after your crease that's also cool...) Really, you can't tell its there but it's helpful to have it so you can blend the next color with it.

Step 2: The Tint.
Now, take that bronze color and apply from your eye lash line to your crease. And it's really up to you if you want that color to be really present or not. But just to tell you the whole point of this look is emphasis on the eye liner. So, anything you like is cool. It's also quite a laid back look.

Step 3: The Eye Liner.
Like I said this is the most important part of the look. You seriously will pile this one and make it really thick! Start as close to your lash line as possible and make it so thick that it is also to your crease. But jokes! don't really cover that entire space from the the lash to the crease that will be way too much!!

Step 4: The Wings.
This part is totally optional but since my suite mate does it, I like to do it sometimes. And I think it's really adorable. SO. Basically extend the eye liner into a flick. As you reach the outer corner release pressure and you should make the line grow thinner. Make sure you drag your liner up.

Step 5: The Lashes.
Finally, just pile on that mascara. And poof you done!

Easy right? Simple as they come! Cute too hehe
Love,
