Question...

Q. I always feel like I have to pee when sex gets really intense, and it distracts me from enjoying the moment. Is that normal?

A. Yes. That sensation, even though it's kind of annoying, means that your man is hitting your G-Spot...and that you're on the brink to one hell of an orgasm. You'll feel that initial urge to pee for only the first 10 seconds or so (it subsides once the G-Spot is fully swollen). And although you won't actually urinate, it may help ease your mind if you go to the bathroom before having sex - just so that you know for sure it's not a possibility.

If you still find those first few seconds to be uncomfortable, try distracting yourself. Put your guy's hand on another sensitive part of your body, like your breasts, so you can concentrate on those feel good sensations. Or try playing with your clitoris - not only will that help take your mind off of things, it will also up your odds that you experience the ultrapowerful (and pleasurable) blended orgasm -  which is when you climax from both your G-Spot and your C-Spot.
