The Donkey Show

It's not what you think. Well, it's actually a little like what you think. But soooooo much better. 

Did I mention that all the main actors are women!?

The Donkey Show (well the one I went to at least) takes place at the Oberon Theater in Cambridge, MA. And it is quite the party! To sum it all up, it's Shakespeare's A Midsummer Night's Dream with awesome 70s music and disco atmosphere. How could it not be wonderful?

When we first arrived it was just dancing with male fairies covered in glitter - it was fabulous. Of course the music was all disco beats but it was so much fun - totally channeling those epic scenes of movies in the 70s and 80s club --> cause thats what it was.

Except for the fairies...they're men...

Don't worry! There's an actual show to it! But you don't sit down!! You're apart of the show...kind of. The show takes place all over the club, seriously its everywhere. It's totally entertaining, so obviously you should go check it out!
