Happy Birthday Mother ♥

Even though my mother doesn't read the Alpha Blog (oh for sooo many reasons!), I just wanted to say Happy Birthday to her and to express how much I love her and miss her! thank you for putting up with me when I was in Japanese school and I was a menace (remember how I stole someones handkerchief? And got in trouble for sleeping in class? And painting my nails? Haha)

thank you for letting us watch crayon-shinchan when no one elses mother would

thank you for picking me up from the station when I forgot or lost my train card

thank you for not picking me up from the station and making me walk home as a lesson not to forget my train card

thank you for always answering your phone when I never did

thank you for growing andy

thank you for letting me drink your restaurant water that you never drink

thank you for accepting everyone that I dated, even though the majority of them were unacceptable 

thank you for always making a gourmet lunch to bring to school

thank you for praying for me even though I dont believe in prayers

thank you for picking me up at the airport every time with arms wide open

thank you for not getting mad at me that one time I threw up in your car when I was a freshmen in college and I had drank too much the night before.

Spotted: Ryan Reynolds

That's right! This Alpha saw Ryan Reynolds in the great city of Boston! But it's not only Ryan Reynolds who is here, it's also Kevin Bacon and Oscar Winner Jeff Bridges.

These three stars are in Boston to film their new movie, "R.I.P.D. - Rest In Peace Department" - yeah, it's some kind of Zombie movie.

I was walking around with some friends - why yes, with the intention to stalk Mr. Reynolds - and we found their set/alley they were filming in! Took some pictures - obviously!!

We hear that they (the actors Ryan Reynolds and Kevin Bacon) take their dogs on walks in the Commons and Public Garden time to time, so if you're in the area and want to see some starts I would probably start there.

Hello Kitty from Forever 21

Hello Kitty fashion is coming to Forever 21, and it's looking adorable! It's not that overly cute clothes for little girls, it's a collection for ladies and it's very mature and classy. See for yourself. :) 

I really like the Hello Kitty sweater (the grey one), so adorable!!

I can't wait for it to come out in stores.

Friendship: Alpha Edition

I can't believe that it's already October! So, here's the monthly update on Alpha  ♥

We're all in college or university now! Which also means that we're not really together (physically!) anymore. I mean three of us are near by but it's not like it was in Japan (even though we basically are about the same distance away when we lived in Japan). So, our college adventures begin!

You may think that we don't really communicate with each other because, well, there aren't that many posts  from all of us. But we still do talk all the time on Facebook, text, and Skype. It's definitely not the same, but it's better than nothing. We haven't though had a massive Alpha Skype date where we all talk in one conversation and that totally needs to happen because I miss my Alpha girls!

It's great to go meet new people and make new friends, but when you already have a great set of friends, it's hard to let new people in. Alpha forever!
